These are some of the design elements of Alheli Montessori School in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico

Alheli's theme is Sea-breeze. It features large open walls of sea-foam green grass-cloth, creating a big indoor sea-breeze sky for mobile planters featuring trees with indoor tropical plants and flowers. The design includes a children's plank wood planter, mobile reclaimed tire and rope planters, a climbable children's slide, natural woven grass mats and hand-woven natural art elements for the children to enjoy the feeling of natural materials inside the Montessori classroom.
